ABOUT Pyne Ayre
Established in the late 1980s, the Pyne Ayre subdivision located in Sullivan County, New York between the Towns of Barryville and Eldred encompasses some 52 lots totaling some 340 acres of which, in the 25th anniversary since the foundation of Pyne Ayre, approximately half have constructed homes. The Pyne Ayre Homeowners Association (or “PAHA”) is an organization to which all land and property owners become members on closing on purchasing their property.
PAHA was established to “promote and protect the interests of the residents of the community”. This objective is achieved by a board of directors, composed of volunteers from the membership is appointed by the members and voted on annually at the Annual Meeting, normally held early in the summer each year.
