ABOUT Pyne Ayre
Established in the late 1980s, the Pyne Ayre subdivision is located in Sullivan County, New York state
in the Town of Highland between the Hamlets of Barryville and Eldred. Today, Pyne Ayre encompasses some 52 lots totaling some 340 acres of which, thirty-five years after its foundation more than half the lot owners have constructed homes.
The Pyne Ayre Homeowners Association (or “PAHA”) is an organization to which all land and property owners become members on closing of the purchase of their property.
PAHA is established to “promote and protect the interests of the residents of the community”.
This objective is achieved by a volunteer board of directors, composed of members in good standing
and appointed by the membership at our Annual Meeting, normally held in early summer each year.
